2011 Honda Hornet Reviews

The new Honda Hornet 600 is the result of a well thought out re-think from the Japanese constructors engineers--Bestseller motorcycle market for many seasons, the latest version of the Honda CB600F Hornet, Launched in 2007, failed to collect the sales success that was expected. Much of the low public acceptance, in our view, is derived from upstream of codon look too, which did not meet the favor of customers, loyal to the flowing lines and slender, pointed upward, while the tail of the "Honda Hornet", was aimed inexorably downward.

The new 2011 version of the Honda Hornet is distinguished by modern and sporty look. The single tank was unchanged, while the head lamp now has a more streamlined and compact design that integrates the instrumentation has also been completely renovated. The "2011 Honda Hornet" was distinctive due to the new sleek and slender tail upwards, which accentuates the sporting image of the vehicle. To help propel the look of the rear, the passenger door handles are now integrated in the tail. The technical basis of the Honda Hornet 2011 is unchanged, then we find the known 566 cm3 engine capable of delivering 102 hp, the well-known single-beam frame Alloy adjustable suspension and introduced the 2009 model year. Three colors are planned for 2011: Sprint Pearl and Yellow Pearl Cool White that must be added the inevitable Pearl Nightstar Black.

The Honda Hornet, on the Italian market is a real status symbol. Arrived in 1998 devastated the category of medium-sized naked focusing on the substance and the high quality / price ratio--The optical unit also changes, with one more aerodynamic and sleek, good-bye here to form the more elaborate “caciotta” instrument, in favor of a simple profile and regular.Source URL: https://theconstantarchitect.blogspot.com/search/label/Honda%20motorcycles

honda ruckus review

Is there anything more fun than zipping around town on an ultra-maneuverable scooter? How about hitting the trails with that same scooter! In researching scooters we found all types of options, from 500+ cc engines capable of touring the US to ultra efficient scooters that get 125mpg. But we didn’t find any scooter that was more fun to ride than the Honda Ruckus. As we’ve mentioned, the Ruckus scooter is fun, but at 3LUXE we go beyond the experience, this scooter has Honda’s reliability and is easy to use for anyone new to scootering.

I figured out that it costs me 5 dollars a day to drive back and forth to the beach in a car that gets 30 mpg.

If you have a car and are driving without insurance in Hawaii. I went over the little scooter and greased and oiled everything. Cleaned the spark plug and added some fuel cleaner. The little Honda Ruckus starts right up every time.

Probably 300 miles total. The "Honda Ruckus" is built like a tank. You can get ruckus performance parts that will make you Ruckus go over 50 mph. Like I said the Ruckus is really durable and takes a beating. I wouldn't recommend the Ruckus for conventional motorcycle riders. Most of them say the Ruckus ia a dog, meaning it doesnt go very fast. Get a Ruckus Scooter if you live a few miles from where you work and can at least putt to work 50% of the time. Just the money you save in gas will pay for your Ruckus in a year or so!

If you are interested in reading more reviews about the Honda Ruckus and Ruckus parts
If you are a single guy thinking of getting a Honda Ruckus, for some reason just about every woman that gets near it wants a ride.

The all new Honda Ruckus is all set to hit the roads in the year 2011 with its best design and powerful engine. You do not have to worry about filling up fuels when you go for long drives. When it comes to is engine type, it has single cylinder four stroke engine that helps to give you quick and fast pick ups. It also has Automatic V-Matic belt drive that would give you good support while driving. It has front 120/90-10 front tires and 130/90-10 rear tires. 2011 Honda Ruckus comes with the front suspension of Twin-downtube fork. It has single shock rear suspension and it has 2.6inches travel suspensions that adds another feather to its cap. This scooter meets all the current carb as well as EPA standards.

If you are looking forward to buy this amazing feature scooter, then you should try and put forward your best efforts in getting all the required information or the specifications of the scooter.
Honda produces the most stylish bikes and when it comes to servicing, it provides you with the best service among all the reputed brands. You just need to make a call and you would get your scooter or bike serviced by their expert professionals. So you can become tensed free when you buy any Honda scooters or bikes.

Keep your fingers crossed for the year 2011 to witness the all new Honda Ruckus and get to witness a riding experience like never before.Source URL: https://theconstantarchitect.blogspot.com/search/label/Honda%20motorcycles

Honda CBR1000RR review

Honda CBR1000RR, On the 2010 model year, the flywheel is larger for increased engine inertia. Both suspension and braking systems remain the same, so there’s also the 2010 Honda CBR1000RR C-ABS available.

Yamaha also came up with a brand new R1 in 2009, a model featuring the notorious crossplane crankshaft that brings this liter bike even closer to Valentino Rossi’s and Jorge Lorenzo’s racing marvels. Suzuki and Kawasaki have also presented their 2010 liter bikes, the GSX-R1000 and the Ninja ZX-10R models, but the bikes carry on unchanged, just like the CBR and R1 do.

Sharp lines – although still present in small measure on the 2010 model year – aren’t that attractive like, for instance, the bike’s front nose, fairing and windscreen. The ABS model is entirely Black.

Prior to 2010, each new model year generally saw at least one model from the Big Four receive heavy revision. With Yamaha and Suzuki supplying clean-slate designs of the R1 and Gixxer 1K in 2009, the round robin revision cycle had us anticipating news of big changes from Honda’s and Kawi’s literbikes. Most notable are improvements to shifting mechanisms, slightly longer throttle cables for improved throttle action and a new Öhlins steering damper. "Honda’s CBR1000RR" didn’t necessarily stagnate this season, but an unspecified increase in flywheel size, a new muffler cover and revised license plate bracket are just about on par with the Zed’s “news.”Source URL: https://theconstantarchitect.blogspot.com/search/label/Honda%20motorcycles

Hero Honda shares down in a strong market

Honda Motor Corp's exit from the world's largest two-wheeler manufacturer Hero Honda is apparently stuck over differences in valuation of its 26 per cent stake. Sources close to the companies told Hindustan Times that so far Honda has only informed Munjals, the promoters of Hero Group who hold
At present, with the Hero Honda share trading at Rs 1,736, Honda's stake is worth over
Rs 9,000 crore but the PE firms feel that post-exit, the scrip would trade much lower.
"Honda provides the technological back up to the firm. Hero Group's reach in dealer network now virtually covers every corner of the country. It is learnt that Honda intends to invest part of the stake sale proceeds in HMSI, its fully-owned subsidiary.
It earlier touched a high of Rs1,746.95 after opening at Rs1,727. Honda has decided to exit Hero Honda as it focuses more on its fully owned two wheeler subsidiary in India, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India. The Munjal family will reportedly form a special purpose vehicle (SPV) to buy out Honda's entire 26% stake in Hero Honda. A foreign bank will reportedly extend a loan to the SPV to buy Honda’s 26% stakeSource URL: https://theconstantarchitect.blogspot.com/search/label/Honda%20motorcycles

2010 Honda Gold Wing

    2010 Honda Gold Wing

Now it its 33rd year of production, the legendary Honda Goldwing remains the gold standard of luxury touring, thanks to satellite navigation, a premium audio system, a cold-weather comfort package, an industry-first fully integrated airbag and unrivaled performance.

The bike is smooth, quiet and sails along effortlessly. I was surprised with the speed & quickness of this Honda Goldwing. Balanced so well that sometimes feet not needed on stops or hands on bars unless you want them, and even non-stop to 181 miles in 3.25 hrs in stop & go traffic jams. The audio system is user friendly and the sound quality surprised me. The second complaint is about the high pitched whine while the bike is at idle and at lower speeds.

    2010 Honda Gold Wing

While remaining as reliable, comfortable and powerful as the previous generation model, the "2010 Honda Gold Wing" model year is a bit safer and the new color schemes still manage to make the bike stand out despite its old-fashioned look.

With a very comfortable seat positioned just 29.1 inches from the ground and an infinite number of goodies such as a CD-player, integrated navigation system and multi-function display, just to name a few, the "2010 Honda Gold Wing" is synonymous to open road cruising in complete luxury and relaxation. The bike weighs 895 - 928 pounds wet depending on the selected options. But have things always been this way with the 2010 Honda Gold Wing?Source URL: https://theconstantarchitect.blogspot.com/search/label/Honda%20motorcycles

2010 Honda SH150i scooters

A 153cc 4-stroke powers the Honda SH150i scooter. The SOHC Single features Honda’s programmed fuel injection (PGM-Fi) and delivers power via the Honda Automatic V-matic transmission.

The Honda SH150i scooter sources large, (for a scooter) 16-inch wheels with 100/80 front and 120/80 rear tires. The steel frame is mated to a 33mm fork and dual rear shocks – the rear suspension components adjustable for preload.

Surprised? The reasonably priced, mid-size "Honda SH150i scooter is everything a scooter rider wants. With plenty of power, high-tech brakes and a modern, sporty style, I can see why the Honda SH150i scooter is king."
An overhead-cam engine, fuel injection and liquid cooling all help the little scoot sip fuel and operate trouble-free. Pull in either safety-switch-equipped brake lever, push the starter button and the Honda SH150i scooter purrs to life. Twist the grip and you're magically moving forward on a steady swell of power, aided by Honda's smooth three-speed V-Matic transmission.

The front wheel carries a single 220mm disc that's pinched by a twin-piston caliper. The rear hub holds a standard drum brake that's linked to the front via Honda's Combined Braking System (CBS). Pulling in the left-hand brake lever applies the rear brake and also routes some pressure to the front for improved braking performance. Large, 16-inch aluminum wheels help, as does the thin tail section and exposed twin shocks. If comfortable, twist-and-go transport with the fuel efficiency and reliability of a Honda sound appealing, then this king of scooters might just reign on your commute

2010 Honda CBR 600RR

What do you call a middleweight machine that's scooped up virtually every Best in Class crown from industry experts, not to mention World Supersport and AMA FX titles? Easy: the Honda CBR600RR.

Honda now aims to convince us otherwise, offering optional C-ABS (combined anti-lock brakes) on its 2009 CBR600RR and CBR1000RR models.

This years Honda CBR-600 is better than ever with great looks, comfortable seating position for tall or short people, and is the most light-weight motorcycle in it's class

2010 Honda CBR® 600RR pictures, prices, information, and specifications. Below is the information on the 2010 Honda CBR® 600RR.

Grabbing a handful of brake or standing on the pedal results in nothing less than strong, controlled braking action. Although a momentary initial release in braking force is detectable, pulsation is not felt through the controls once the system detects impending wheel lock and enters an anti-lock state of operation. Although Honda spokesmen make no claims regarding the system's effectiveness beyond straight-line use, trail-braking performance is a natural question on the minds of many sport riders. I found the smooth nature of the CBR's ABS and its combined brake effect allow fairly aggressive rear-pedal application mid-corner without unsettling the chassis.Source URL: https://theconstantarchitect.blogspot.com/search/label/Honda%20motorcycles
